India needs to deliver millions of new jobs and livelihoods for a rising and young population. It also needs to ensure that these livelihoods are relevant and resilient in a climate-changed world while transitioning to a low-carbon economy as a whole. Beyond the green energy transition, spaces such as circular economy, bioeconomy, and nature-based solutions, among others, offer hundreds of value chains that can generate tens of millions of livelihoods and jobs.
